Does trading the financial markets involve risk?
Trading involves substantial risk. There are no guarantees in the market for profitability.
We have incorporated in our courses risk management techniques, and also some examples of good trading strategies, but one can still lose significant amounts of money if they don't trade intelligently.
What do I need to get started participating in live trading?
You must have the patience required to study the markets before actually trading with your hard earned cash.
Building patience and discipline is one of the objectives of our courses. The transition from student to trader should occur naturally.
On the technical side, we reccommend investing in a decent computer, with a reliable internet connection - see our System Check page to see how yours is holding up.
As for the actual amount of cash needed to start trading, everyone has their own limits - however, this amount should be large enough to allow for some leeway, but small enough so that you will not be overwhelmed by the losses which you would certainly suffer.
How does the Live Trading Room work?
The Live Trading Room is an online virtual trading and learning environment, similar to our online classrooms. However, instead of just teaching a particular strategy, we show you how the strategy is put into use by the professional trader, through our own trading.
In other words, subscribers of the Live Trading Room can sign into the room, and watch our instructors trade their accounts using the same strategies they teach.
You can hear our voice, see our charts, and chat with us and your fellow traders. It is the best way to tap into the market knowledge of professional traders, and a crucial part of understanding the techniques.
By watching us implement various forex trading strategies properly, you can become aware of the correct psychology, technique, and pitfalls involved in using the strategies, first-hand.
