I see the following error message:
The address on [relay5] that you're requesting does not exist. Please check the address and try again.

I see a blank (black or white) or garbled HotCam window instead of the instructor's screen!
Press the Refresh button in the Hotcam window. See screenshot below for reference:

There is nobody in the Nicknames list, and no sound, audio, or chat!
