Non-Refundable Purchases
- Products and services granted through promotions, prizes, or other free means are non-refundable.
- One-day subscriptions are non-refundable.

Tuition Payments
Full tuition is due at the time of registration.
Recurring subscriptions are billed at the start of their respective billing cycle.
Class Cancellation
FX Instructor, LLC reserves the right to cancel course classes due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, severe weather, natural disaster or other circumstances beyond the company's control.
In the event of cancellation due to insufficient enrollment, registrants will be notified immediately, and if no schedule acceptable to the student is found, all fees are returned.
Subscription Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Clients subscribed for more than one month in advance may opt to be refunded the remainder of their subscription, minus the present actual cost of the months used thus far, including the current month (if more than 15 days into the current monthly billing cycle).
The regular monthly subscription price will be used to calculate refund amounts for all subscriptions periods, regardless of whether a promotional price was used for the original purchase.
