Tuition Payments

Full tuition is due at the time of registration.

Recurring subscriptions are billed at the start of their respective billing cycle.

Class Cancellation

FX Instructor, LLC reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollments, instructor illness, severe weather, natural disaster or other circumstances beyond the company's control. In the event of cancellation due to insufficient enrollment, registrants will be notified immediately, and if no schedule acceptable to the student is found, all fees are returned.

Student-generated cancellations must be reported in writing (a fax or e-mail response is acceptable) at least 48 hours before the first lesson of the course. Cancellations requested later than this shall be subject to a $50 processing fee. Please note that no refunds will be issued after the class begins.

Live Trading Room Cancellations

Live Trading Room subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Students subscribed for more than one month in advance shall be refunded the remainder of their subscription, minus the present actual cost of the months used thus far, including the current month (if more than 5 class sessions into the current monthly billing cycle).

The monthly subscription price will be used to calculate refund amounts for all subscriptions periods.

1-day subscriptions for the Live Trading Room are non-refundable.

Live Trading Room subscription time granted through promotions, prizes, or other free means are also non-refundable.
